Gilwern Outdoor Adventure Centre marked its 50th year of operation with a vibrant celebration, prompting the need for a new brochure to showcase its services. This brochure was to be tailored specifically for schools, focusing on promoting the centre's accessible activities and facilities, which are part of its extensive school package offerings. Additionally, the brochure was designated to be solely digital, aligning with the company's commitment to a paper-free approach.

Central to the brochure's design was the preservation of brand consistency, integrating established assets such as logos, colours, imagery, and fonts. Leveraging a vibrant collection of images featuring past clients, the brochure placed emphasis on these visuals, supported by graphical icons. The selected images showcased a diverse range of individuals engaged in various activities like hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing, reinforcing the message of inclusivity and accessibility.

The overarching goal was to weave a narrative throughout the brochure, compelling the audience through a seamless combination of design elements and informative content. By portraying all students enjoying these experiences regardless of ability, the brochure succeeded in leaving a lasting impression on readers and achieving its primary goal.
